Assessment previously done through the State of South Dakota will be done through the Bureau of Indian Education. Testing windows begins April 12, 2021

The school also administers the NWEA MAP assessment three times a year to measure student progress and to diagnose students' strengths and weaknesses.
​Students in Grades one through eight and assessed in early September, the middle of January, and late April. The kindergarten is assessed only in January and April.
